CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION

The Division is responsible for coordinating public finance management activities by ensuring their compliance with the laws and regulations in place.

Main functions:

• • Planning and budgeting of RWB’ activities;
  • Procurement and budget execution;
  • Payment of invoices;
  • Accounting and reporting of financial transactions;
  • Monitor the implementation of RWB’s activities;
  • Ensure that human and logistical resources are in place for the fulfillment of the mandate of the institution;
  • Deliver a professional service to the stakeholders and partners of RWB.
