The Catchments Restoration and Erosion Control Division is responsible to identify areas with high soil erosion risks using CROM-DSS (Catchment Restoration Opportunity Mapping), decides on adequate erosion prevention measures, and develop catchment management plans which involve a thorough analysis of the catchment situation and detail interventions to address root causes of water resources issues.

Monitoring and enforcement:

  • Monitoring implementation of catchment restoration activities through shapefiles
